Natal, Brazil
Today we are off to ride the dunes outside of Natal, Brazil on Dune Buggies. That was up until 10.30 this morning when the Captain announced that due to high winds and the narrow channel, we would have to cancel that port. Moans and groans, but that is the way it is with mother nature.
The photo is one of me on the back of the ship as we sail away from Natal. If you look hard you can see some of the dunes in the far distance that we were supposed to be frolicking on! Such is life.
Tomorrow is another day, Recife, Brazil. We live in hope. Recife is a larger port and docking should not be a problem. We are there from 9 AM til midnight. Then two days at sea, then two days and two nights in Rio De Janeiro, [River of January].
Nothing of great importance to report otherwise. Maybe tomorrow.
Take care folks, talk to you later.

The water is amazingly blue for being that far away from shore. Incredible! GB
